CPI SERIES
Inside-out Ultrafiltration(UF) Membrane Modules

Canpure Inside-out UF membrane features strong anti-fouling capacity, high capillary strength and high filtration accuracy. The membrane can effectively reduce the turbidity of raw water, remove suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms and other substances, and it is characterized by high adaptability to varieties of raw water quality, easy operation and maintenance, and can produce water with stable and reliable quality.

Product Features

Permanent hydrophilic property
Canpure Inside-out UF membrane is made from modified polysulfone (mPS) material, and treated by cross-linking hydrophilic composition. The consolidation of the hydrophilic groups endows the permanent hydrophilic property of the capillary, more stable product water flux, improved anti-fouling property and better cleaning recovery.

Unique cross-section structure of the capillary
On the both sides of Canpure Inside-out UF capillary are dense sponge-like structures, and in the middle is the finger-like structure, which both ensures the capillary strength and rather high permeability.

High strength and large flux
Canpure Inside-out UF membrane has a capillary strength of 6MPa , and a standard produced water flux of 450Um2 • h (1 bar at 25'C).

Larger capillary diameter
Canpure Inside-out Capillary has a common capillary ID of 1.2mm and the water entry channel has a cross-section area 2.25 times of the common diameter (0.8mm), which significantly improves the anti-fouling capacity of the membrane modules.

Outside-in Ultrafiltration Membrane Modules

CCanpure Outside-in Membrane Module features large membrane area per module, strong anti-fouling capacity, high chemical resistance and large flux under low pressure.
The membrane can effectively reduce the turbidity of the raw water, remove suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms and other substances, and it is characterized by high adaptability to varieties of raw water, easy operation and maintenance, as well as stable and reliable quality of produced water.

Product Features

Canpure PVDF Outside-in UF membrane is made by Canpure' s patented c-TIPS technology. It has capillary strength about 3 times higher than PVDF membrane prepared by NIPS Method and much better filtration grade than PVDF membrane prepared by conventional TIPS Method.

Permanent hydrophilic property
During the preparation of Canpure Outside-in UF membrane, hydrophilic substances are added and special cross-linking technique is applied, endowing the permanent hydrophilic property of the capillary, more stable product water flux, improved anti-fouling property and better cleaning recovery.

High anti-oxidation performance
Canpure PVDF Outside-in UF membrane features high crystallinity, can tolerate oxidant with higher concentration, and thus can achieve more profound cleaning effect and longer life.

High strength and large flux
Canpure Outside-in UF membrane has a capillary strength of higher than 10 MPa, standard produced water flux 400Um2 • h • bar at 25°C.

Unique aeration structure
Canpure Outside-in UF membrane adopts unique aeration device inside the module, ensuring more even aeration and better air cleaning effect.

Integrated bundles of fibers
Membrane capillaries in Canpure Outside-in UF membrane module are evenly distributed inside the module by integrating 18 sub-bundles.

Soft Potting
The soft potting technique invented by Canpure realizes the flexible connection between the "root" of the capillaries and the soft layer of the potting material, and prevents the break of the root of the capillaries.

SVU SERIES
Inside-out Ultrafiltration Membrane Modules

Canpure SVU membrane modules are created with advanced membrane formation technologies and unique module structures that provide superior filtration efficiency and durability.

Product Features

Permanently Hydrophilic Membrane (proprietary technology)
The operation flux of most of UF or MF membrane products is much lower than their initial flux resulting from the loss of membrane hydrophilicity by polymer reconfiguration. Canpure SVU UF membrane ensures steady flux by fixing the hydrophilicity permanently, using a cross-link technology.

Lower Molecular Weight Cut Off
Canpure SVU membrane offers a very fine filtration at MWCO of 45,000 Dalton, which is the highest UF filtration grade in water treatment.

Larger Diameter Capillaries
Larger diameters of the capillaries endow better anti-fouling properties to the membranes. Canpure SVU presents only larger diameter UF capillary membranes (ID/OD=1.0/1.5mm, 1.2/1.8mm, 1.5/2.2 mm) for better performances.

Even Arrangement of the Membranes (patented technology)
A large number of membrane capillaries are evenly distributed inside a pressure vessel by a so-called sub-grouping technology so that each membrane capillary works in very similar environments.

Soft Potting (Patented Technology)
The “roots” of the capillaries are the weakest portions in membrane modules, and may break during operation. These portions of membranes in Canpure UF modules are protected by a soft layer of potting material.

Membrane capillaries in Canpure Outside-in UF membrane module are evenly distributed inside the module by integrating 18 sub-bundles.

No salt Injection
Canpure EDI does not consume salt and recycle the concentrate in operation, which saves much expense and makes the system much simpler.

Counter current
Concentrate and electrolyte stream are flowing into EDI in opposite directions to feed water can avoid fouling effectively.then it broadens the feed water limit adequately.
